It was my little
boy’s 1st birthday the other day and that means CAKE. My son has a
dairy and egg allergy though which I initially thought meant no cake or rubbish cake,
wrong! I found a rather wonderful vegan cake recipe on Jamie Oliver’s
website (here) . These are absolutely beautiful cup cakes.
Incredibly moist and soft. My little boy and everyone else loved them.
yoghurt, dairy free margarine, and oil are used instead of milk, eggs
and butter. I swear you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference .
